Best all-around tires for '95 530i (archive)

I know that reduced road noise, long tread life, excellent dry cornering and traction, along with excellent wet cornering and traction are conflicting design goals for a tire, but....

What is the best all-around tire for a '95 530i? I do mostly highway driving. I have Toyos on now and 42,000 miles on the car.
I have heard alot about Michelin MXVx and Dunlop 5000s.
