I ran the 235/35/18 Mxx3's on my M3, and the ride is actually not as harsh as one would expect. That tire in this size is a very popular option for E36 cars, and it does indeed fit nicely. The 235/35/18 is a nice look on the cars too. The small sidewall looks nice and sporty without being too short overall so it works well. If you have other questions, let me know....
