Perfect tires for a Z3 2.8 (archive)

I loved the stock tires until the dealership overpressurized them and I unwittingly wore the tread down in the middle... I'm looking for a good replacement tire that performs as well for this specific car as the OEM tire. I loved the Pilot HX MXM, but would one of the other models be better? I am only replacing the rear at this time...

I'm in the market today, so if you guys from the rack email me directly, I can order them today.
