I have not yet found a tire that doesn't give up a bit of comfort and smoothness for adhesion and responsiveness. That being said, the Pilot XGTV4 is a more high performance tire than the MXV4. It is about as good as it gets in an all-season tire. Make sure it's the Pilot version - not the older generation XGTV4. I have no experience with the H rated version.

The MXV4 Plus has a different tread design and better all around performance than the much older MXV4. Both are cushy tires and not performance oriented.
