Just got a set for my e39 540--they are gorgeous wheels (and, as the subject said, much better looking in person as well)!

From my understanding, you don't need to do an alignment unless your suspension geometry is changed by your wheel/tire change (which probably most wheel/tire changes will do).

If the car is pulling at any time other than at slow speeds over uneven terrain, you probably need an alignment.
