tire for 528i (archive)

I have a 2000 528i with Michelin Energy MXV 225/60/15. In Germany the car comes either with a Michelin MXM or the Pirelli 6000 or a Dunlop 2000E. None of the above tires are available in the US in that size except for the Pirelli -- but that only in a Z rated tire. I live in Seattle where it rarely snow, so I don't really need an all-season tire. I would like a tire that handles crisply and is not too noisy. Short of importing tires from Germany, what would you recommend?
