The 15" wheels from the 1997 528i will fit, but you will need to use hub reducing rings in order to prevent vibration. The rings are part no. A670 at Tire Rack.

The tires from the 528i are taller than your stock metric tires. They may fit your car without rubbing, but your speedo/odo will read slower than actual.

The '99 323 wheels would require at least a 15mm spacer in order to fit your car.
