740i M-Parallel Wheels on a 1991 525i? (archive)

I am talking about the "orginal" 18x8 - 18x9.5. Will these bolt on direct with a 1991 525i? Will the stock tires be to wide? I think the stock tires are 255 rear. Would someone please advise.
