Need suggestions on winter wheels/tires, please... (archive)

I'm taking delivery of a 2001 325i SP next month and need winter wheels/tires. My dealer has Miglia 1000 wheels with
MZ 01 (205-55R-16) tires for $1350.

My questions:
1) Are Miglia wheels decent quality/value?
2) Are the MZ-01's a good choice for Michigan winter driving?
3) Is $1350 a good price?
