Continental TS 770 Winter tires vs. Blizzak or..?? (archive)

Hi. Can anyone provide a review/feedback on the Continental TS 770 winter tire that BMW (seems to) recommend(s)?? I am wondering if I should get a more aggressive tire tread. (I live in North Jersey.)
I am specifically wondering about he Bridgestone Blizzak (mz02, i think) and BF goodrich artic apline. Does Dunlop make a decent winter tire??
I need 195/65/R15 and I plan to buy stell rims.

One last Question.. what does OE stand for??
