I have an E46 328i with sport package. I've replaced the stock 17 inchers with Bridgestone Blizzak MZ-01 in 225/50R16. I drive in SE Michigan and it looks like it's going to be a bad winter.
What is the best tire pressure to use given very cold and ice/snow conditions?

What is the best tire pressure to use in very cold but dry conditions? (I'm willing to change the pressure back and forth with changing weather if it helps performance and tire life)
