This board is a service that I provide at my own will (along with Jim). We are not paid to moderate here, nor are others (non-tirerack people) banned from helping as well. This is the only forum that I know of that people treat like a question and answer, ie....people do not freely offer advice unless it comes from Jim or myself most of the time. At times where we are so busy, this can be taxing. Unfortunaly at this time of the year we have customers holding 12 hours a day to speak with us (sometimes up to 6 or 7 minutes at a time) ,therefore I have not have adequate time to leave the phones as I do in less busy situations.
