Scratched factory 17" wheel. 325 CiC.Help!! (archive)

I scratched up my 17" wheel pretty bad along the outer rim of the wheel. I really need some advice on touching up the scratches or fixing them somehow. The car is two months old and the wheel is killing me. I am willing to do it myself if possible, with sandpaper and touch up paint or what ever it takes. Please help.
