Personally I don't think Tire Rack is setup to handle this board. The TR guys are probably on the phone 99% of the time. This board IS not very well covered by them. Nothing personal. They might be frustrated at times too. I think that it is a bit misleading to infer that TR will service this board's questions. At best they can do about a 50% job the way they are organized. Unless they decide to do it right, I'd suggest they deemphacize this board. I have dealt with TR for years over the phone and have had good experiences. Someone new to TR seeing this board might get the impression that they are a slip shod operation. I mean you get nearly ignored on this board. And if you complain you get attacked in many cases. Do it right or deal with the drawbacks of doing it half way. If I were a manager at TR, I'd drop this board and relaunch ONLY if it could be handled as well as the rest of TR's operations.
