PLS Help me With Correct tire Size (archive)

HI Guys
I have a 328 with M Countours (7.5)
i'm running 215-45-17 i want to install 235/40/17 or 245-40/17 but my suspension is Eibachs/Bilsteins Sports , My rear look very tuck in (www.rob328.freeservers.com/lowtire.jpg)
Ocassionally i have passengers in the back , i dont want it to rub , can somebody advise what tire to get ?
