I am considering the new 2001 330ci Sport wheels for my '99 M3. The stock offsets for my M-Contours are 41 (F) and 41 (R). The Sport wheels are 41 (F) and 50 (R). Of course, the front wheels will fit perfectly, but what about the back. My understanding is that I need a spacer (I've been told that H&R Hubcentric spacers are the best).

With a 51 offset, is the wheel too far underneath the car or too far out from the car? What size of spacer would I use to fix the problem?
