Please advise me! Schnitzer Wheel can not fit 840 (archive)

I'm Koji(Cozy) Iitani who lives in Kyoto, Japan.
I am one of rare owner of 840ci(1995) in Japan and I've tried replace original 16inch wheels to the AC Schnitzer's 17inch wheel today, but
front wheels("9,0J x 17"" offset 2 Type I") touched the blake carriper part and could not matched at all!!
Does anyone have same problem?? How can I solve this issue?
I deeply appreciate for your help!!
