To anyone who knows?

I bought a new set of Pole Positions in September/October for my 99m3, hit a small pothole going 30mph this weekend and it exploded along the inner sidewall seam, a good 3inch hole. Otherwise the other tires are in great condition, always perfectly inflated and the set has tops 10k on them so far. Am I screwed and need to spend another 250 plus installation, or is there a warranty on them?

I'll check the encrypted warranty card tonite, but I bought them from Tirerack and had them installed locally (Curry's in VA).

By the way anyone reading this in wintery climates, keep some wd40 or silicon spray because it took me and hour to get the wheel off when changing because it had rusted onto the car's rotor(?). I finally gave up on trying to pry the wheel off and walked to a nearby exxon at midnite, pleaded with a half asleep attendant to go into his garage to get some spray (silicon spray) which took care of it in ten minutes.

(In case you are wondering, I called BMW Roadside, the lady said a truck would be there in 30-45minutes. I popped into a local restaurant with my passengers, and she called me back 10 minutes later saying because a lot of service stations were closed, the ETA was 7 hours. NO joke. It was midnite at that point).

Thanks for the help fellas!

Atif.
