Sorry to hear your accident. From my experience unless you purchase the tire in a local store and bought their road hazard insurance you are pretty much in your own since the manufacturer's warranty will not cover pothole damage. I'd still call Tire rack and see what can they do to help you even if just a discount for a new tire.
