What is the max offset for a 7", 7.5", and 8" wide wheel on my 89 325iS. Stock is 20MM i think, is up to 30mm ok with a 7" wide wheel

The offset that you can use would be determined by the rim width and also the size tire you would use. There is no set offset that can be used. We have wheels listed on our web site that will fit the car but we don't like to give out offsets because there are too many variables. We also spend a lot of time and money determining what offsets fit a given car and don't want to be used as a fitment guide for some other company.
Everything we show on our web site for the E30 will fit correctly with no rubbing.
If I can help with a specific wheel let me know. Thank you Jim
