I have a 91 E36 325i SE which is running 7j 17" BK Racing 171 Alpina reps. At the moment it has got 205 50 17 on it. I need to change tryes and wondered what size I could fit on the rims without affecting the handling.

Also, what is the largest combination which will fit on the E36 without making wheel arch alterations

If the car is a 1991 it would be an E30 and the tire size should be a 205/45R17 and that is the largest we would recommend without any modifications. If I can help with a specific tire let me know. Thank you
