The 205's are going to be better in the snow due to the narrower track (if you even go with an all-season tire that is), but the 225/50's will be a bit sportier on the dry. If price is a factor the 205's will be less $$$ as well. If you want to give the whole story specifiaclly, I would be more able to provide further feedback.
