$290 is incorrect. There will of course be some charge as we fulfilled your original request and shipped the order you placed. UPS has already charged us the $109.00 shipping charge from sending the wheels. If the delivery is accepted instead of refused you will be responsible for returning the product to us. We also have labor costs associated with the original shipment and return. We have mounted, balanced, packaged and shipped the order. Upon return we will have to dismount, clean, and restock the items. We charge $50.00 for this, which is less than the actual cost. If the order is refused we can refund the total amount less $159.00.

The spacer has a 57.06mm center bore to make it hub-centric on your E30 and it has a 72.2mm pilot to make it hub-centric to the wheel's bore.

I feel the charges are reasonable as we did comply with our original agreement and we only recovering some of the costs we have already incurred.

I apologize that our representative did not explain the charges correctly when you called regarding your wish to return the order.
