4.75" rims on 88 535is (archive)

I recently put snows and steel wheels on my 88 535is. The wheels are a 4.75" bolt pattern. (120.65 mm) This is approxiately 30 thousands different than the cars bolt pattern. Obviously they bolted up easily but I am getting a vibration at about 60 mph and above. Is it possible that they are not getting 'centered' on the hub?
