My recomendation is to leave a signed note on the normal delivery door stating that you wish to refuse the shipment from The Tire Rack. If the driver does not see the note and leaves the packages call your local UPS center and inform them that a package was dropped without signature that you intended to refuse. UPS should send the driver back out to pick up the shipment as refused.
