I have a 1980 BMW 528i. I'd like to get 16" wheels. I am considering these two wheels, but can't decide. Here is what I'm thinking so far.

Mille Miglia Cello - Nice radial spoke design, looks close to stock turbine wheels (I liked to keep it somewhat stock looking).

Borbet Type B - Style may look a bit too modern for my tastes, but out of all the five spoke designs, I like these the best. They are cheaper and also wider by 1/2 inch.

Which in your opinion are better quality wheels? What are the weights of these wheels? What is the max size tire I can fit on the 7" vs. 7.5". I'd like to use 225/50 16s on the rear. Would the 7" wheels be able to handle these?

Any and all comments greatly appreciated.

They is no difference in the quality of the wheels. Both are German TUV approved and made specific for the car. The type B is 20.5 lbs and the Cello is 21.5 lbs. The 225/50R16 will probably require a fender lip roll. If I can help let me know. Thank you
