fair price for these wheels? (archive)

A friend of mine gave me these Racing Dynamic RGR 18"x8.5 plus Dunlop Sport 8000's off of his old E36 (a present for a very good stock tip). The rims have about 4k miles on them, one had some superficial damage repaired and was repainted (by BMW), but for some strange reason not clear coated, so up close it is not perfect. Two of the tires have about 1k miles on them, the other two slightly more worn with around 4k miles. All in all they are in excellent condition, they are just not my style. Any opinions on a fair price for the set-up?
