I just purchased an '87 BMW 325 IS and it came with 195/60-14 S306. A little smaller than the stock 195/65-14's. I don't have a ton of racing or performance driving experience though I have taken this car to 2 auto cross events and a FULL day of driving at Button willow and think the tires are holding up and performing quite well. Actually holding up great but their performance is hard to gauge since I have no other tires to compare.

They are only available at Discount Tire as you have discovered (hence no mention on Tire Rack) and I will probably shop for a more performance oriented tire next go but for a street tire with decent performance punch they seem like a good value. Very quiet on the highway as well.

Hi to everyone...

I am in a very difficult position right now. My '98 Saturn needs a new tires. Boy, they are harder to shop than my '00 323Ci (For the 323Ci, my clear choice is the RE730).

Anyway, does anyone has experience with Yokohama S306 offered by Discount Tire? This tire is not listed on TireRack's website, so either it is rather old or it is not worthy.

Anyone that knows... please help me... I'm really confused.

thank you

Pete
