Current setup is stock 15" rims. Time for new rubber in the spring. Considering moving up to 17" wheels but am more concerned with maintaining the integrity of the ride/handling than looks. After reading all the woes relating to bushings, spacers, lug torque sttings, etc. (and not wanting to deal with any of this), should I put the $$$ into the best-performing set of 15" tires, or go with the 17's? Thanks. Your car will accept either 16" or 17" just fine with no abuse on the suspension as long as you do things correctly. The correct offset, hub centric and the correct tire size and you are ready to go. The 17" will look more dramatic and handle better and the 16" will ride better and normally cost less. If I can help with the specifics let me know. Thank you
