I just bolted on a set of 17x8 and 17x9 SSR Integrals with Hoosiers 225/45 and 245/40 on E36 M3. It pulls to the right at slow speed and steering is difficult to control on uneven or broken paved roads.

This set is meant for the track. I hope it will not be the same on the track.

I went through the same thing last summer with a set of BFG G-Force R1A's. Track tires do have a different feel, especially on uneven roads its kind of unnerving, but on smooth pavement they stick like glue. Now the Yoko AO32R's do not have this habit on or off the track, I think their easeir to learn on and their breakaway point is much more gradual. The Hoosiers are very fast tires, maybe try them at the track and then see how you feel. Remember tire pressure is very important too! Good luck.
