I'm curious to know when these stalling X5's went into production. I've ordered one that goes into production next week and I'm hoping this stalling "bug" has been worked out by now. Any inkling -- or word from your dealer -- as to what might be to blame?

Hopefully your car won't have the problem. The current fix is to send part of the computer module to the factory for reprogramming. You'd think that they'd have the fix on the production line by too.

I'm in the software industry, so I know better than to count on it though.
