Having no luck at getting universal transmitter in my 3.0 to accept code to open my garage door. Door opener is new and supposed to be compatible. Have followed directions in manual with no success. Any help appreciated.

There is a website devoted to helping people with their garage door openers. I deleted it from my bookmarks since mine worked AOK. Someone should know it...
