First, to correct your question, I said that"... BMWNA has turned its back on us, and the dealer is no help." The problem was/is with defective lumbar support systems on our standard seats, making our otherwise sensational X5 plain old uncomfortable. We're still looking for a solution, but like other owners we know who sold their X5 because of seat problems that they too couldn't get resolved, we may just have to part with the car.
