Exactly the same problem in my 4.4, proved yesterday by taking the thing out to see if the noise stopped. It did. The squeeks are in the center handle. Don't have that solved. Rattles are sometimes caused by the forward part of the screen (behind the rear seats) unhooking, which they do far too easily from their friction detents. Push the rear corners toward the back seat to see if they'll snap into place.
