Probably as good as you'll find for the next few month(unless you live in CA, then it's much worse)

around $1500(parts and financial incentives) is common. matts are $130, don't recall the price for mudflaps, but I don't like them(they take away from your X5's ground clearance).

Make sure to ask for the rubberized cargo mat($60). It's nto much for them to spare, but it will save you a ton in having to recarpet the back few years down the row.

I just place my order for a 3.0 X5 They gave me $1600 off MSRP plus floor mate and mudd flap. Is is A good deal??? I live in Virginia Beach.
