My '01 3.0 has the nav system, and the time is always on my OBC display--I got spoiled having it there in my E34, really like it. The E36 makes me look to the center console--lots more time that the eyes are off the road.

Only on the radio, not the OBC (On Board Computer), well at least on my '01 3.0i Topaz Blue
