This is the same X5 that had it's service light come on because the gas cap wasn't tightened sufficiently after filling the tank. Mind you, this car now has 805 miles.The tailgate doesnt lock into a closed position... It won't stay up! The dealer has "never heard of this". Anyone with similar experience or know how to fix this without another trip to the dealer.
