810$/month, everything except the sports package
+ first months payment + security deposit.

The dealer is chipping in with a CD changer and X5 floor mats.

Also 12k Miles / year and MSRP is around 48,500.

Anyone care to share good lease deals on the X5? Include lease term, engine type and options along will mileage allowance. Thanks
