i hope you are joking about the warranty thing! BMW makes good vehicles but they can't alter the laws of physics! This happens in ALL vehicles. It caused because if one window is open on one side and the air is being forced into the vehicle then it creates a vacuum because some air has to leave. To help prevent this you can get a sunroof wind deflector and/or window side reflectors.
