Just because I see someone doesnt mean that he wont come across into my lane and hit me. I can see cars over a mile away and it they are swerving or driving erratically, I can slow down and watch their behavior. The DRL's will allow me to notice the same behavior only a little bit farther away. I dont see the benefit of that. I just think it is a way for government to interfere in our lives and make us buy more light bulbs, LOL.
