for Fred Maloan: 111v 112 status, and a CD? (archive)

I ordered a 3.0 black/black loaded. Began thinking about Mahogany instead. Dealer said I was now in a 112 status and no changes allowed - build week 44. he said Ihe could switch me to a 111 build week 47 but advised against it because of resale value with the Mahogany. Questions:
1- Does the coor affect the resale?
2- Thoughts on the black vs. Mahog
3- I ordered an in dash CD but now think I'd like cassette capability. Presumably that means changing the order. a) is it wirth the extra $800 for the in-trunk changer? b) re there alternatives? c) does the 112 status preclude the change?
