Day before I parked in DC. I know it was a bad idea parking a new car with temporary tags on DC roads but we were out clubbing and later it occured to me I shouldn't have. I have heard some horror stories where people frequently key new cars that are still waiting for registration.

My X5 was, however, severly birdie pooed under the tree where I had parked. It took me two car washes to get it back to normal (first wash was at 1:30 am same night) Without going into a lot of details, I have never seen a car under so much goo.

I think people key because they like giving grief to the new proud owners. :(
