The tray appears to be phone ready, but just try and put your Star Tac in there. Not. There is no wiring till you get down to the harness under the useless cassette holder (which pops right out by the way).


Although i did not order the phone, my 4.4i came with the top of the center glovebox prewired for it. I was hoping to put that space to better use. Can that unit be switched out to an open well for storage? I don't remeber seeing it like that on the demo models I test drove.
Antbody have experience with this? Thanks.
