What is this SUV? And how would a 0-60 of 7 seconds be usefull off road? And, what difference would 5000#'s make? Asside from getting yourself stuck in sand or mud. Remember that most good off road vehicles are well under 5000#'s. Unless you're talking about something like a Unimog or Defender 130 and those two would hit 60mph on a good day.
