I have heard that many BMW centers in the 80s used to chrome the factory wheels. I am not sure which ones or if they still do this but I was in Las Vegas recently and saw many older BMWs with stock chromed wheels. The newest one that I saw was a 95 M3 with the stock Motorsport wheels in chrome.


Hi All,
I dont know if anyone has noticed... but there is a rap/hip-hop video with a blue X5 4.4 sport (with the standard sport Y design rims - 19") and they are chrome!!
Are these chrome rims available anywhere... or did the folks just have them dipped in chrome?
