In August the let me walk for $500! They were not nice. Not professional. Not knowledgable. Not worthy of my business. I went to Thousand Oaks...Rusnak BMW...Great salesman...Stephen Schoenberger. Great service. Rusnak rescued me from Bob Smith and guided me into my first experience with a BMW purchase. Bob Smith go suck mufflers.
