Wow! I had a totally opposite experience at Bob Smith. Easiest car transaction ever. My sales rep was very knowledgable, and has even come to my office to take my X5 in for a couple minor service concerns. The vehicle was then returned by him, service complete and washed. Like every dealership they have winners and losers selling the cars. Rusnak was a joke! They wanted $5k just to place the order! Bob Smith did it on a handshake.
BOB SMITH BMW in southern california is by far the worst car lot on the planet. They have the rudest employees, worst service, and no sympathy for their customers. I am a peaceful individual and do not hold a grudge, but, I expect a certain kind of treatment/understanding from a dealership that sells first rate automobiles, especially when these automobiles cost upwards of 50K. Regardless of the fact that I bought my car at BOB SMITH, I now go to CENTURY WEST BMW in SoCal. They are a top notch dealership, with excellent service and staff. If you are buying a BMW in Southern California go to CENTURY WEST. Oh yeah, after I bought my car at BOB SMITH my salesman(who was an IDIOT) told me to lie and say that BOB SMITH was EXCELLENT in every category when BMW HQ calls for the satisfaction survey. I was offended that those redneck idiots at BOB SMITH want me to lie about their atrocious service.
This is not a joke, I will never buy another car as long as I LIVE from BOB SMITH.
