Look. We are all consumers. Unless we let BMW know our problems, they won't be able to fix it.

Dealerships have different service level and treat customers differently. Some will work with you to find the solution, some won't do anything unless they can reproduce the problems right on their lot, they won't do a thing. What frustrates me is the fact that I have several intermittent problems that happens only once for a while. My dealer just won't do anything. I bet they also don't report it to BMW. We need to give BMW some help there. Here are my problems.

1. One out of 8 times or so, the light won't flash and the car won't sound when open with remote key.
2. One out of 40 times the automatic starter won't start. Need to turn back the key and crank again.
3. Whitsling noise at mid speed (about 40mph).
4. Sales people in dealership mistreated customers. After 4 months of taking delivery, the accessory promised at the deal still not delivered.

I've got more but the service department fixed them so I am happy with that part.
