there is a special BMW touch-up kit retailling for about 20 bucks that comes with the base coat color and a clear coat shell that you can use for such things....

you must order it from the dealer, and you should look in the hood on the left (if i remember) front suspension tower, is the the paint code (a three digit number) that is your exact paint-code color..

it works really well for small annoying scratches like that.......
