Someone sent an email to me with no return address and no name asked me to post how to reach the "Service/Hidden" screen on the GPS. Please identify and post a return address on emails in the future. Anonimity is not an admirable character. Here's how you access the screen as discovered by "Mickey":
Here's what you do:
Push the Menu button
Highlight the SET button and click it
Push and hold the MENU button down for at least eight seconds. Your screen will change to "Service Mode"
Highlight GPS and click
Highlight functions and click
Highlight GPS status and click
And voila! There you are. If you want to convert meters/second to miles per hour, go to unitwiz.com and it will do the conversions for you.
